DESCRIPTION
Here we want to work intensively on problems related to the conjectures of Sarnak and Chowla. After the progress on automatic sequences achieved by C. Muellner, the focus lies on a further study of this important question by analytic and dynamic methods.
With Mandred Madritsch we will work on exponential sums, properties of arithmetic dynamical systems and normal numbers.
