The Ville de Marseille (City of Marseille) and CIRM (through Labex Carmin) award special funding to the holders of each semester, in order to extend full invitations to chosen guests. This programme is meant to support – for example but not only – visits lasting several weeks or months. Funding can be used to cover travelling expenses, and/or board and lodging expenses either at CIRM or outside the centre. ACEMS (Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Mathematical and Statistical Frontiers) will also support invitations, thanks to a grant held by Kerrie Mengersen.

La Ville de Marseille et le CIRM (par l’intermédiaire du Labex Carmin) accordent un financement spécial aux titulaires de chaque semestre afin de pouvoir inviter d’autres chercheurs. Ce soutien peut être destiner par exemple, mais pas seulement, à des visites de plusieurs semaines ou même mois. Le financement peut servir à couvrir les frais de déplacement et/ou les frais de restauration et d’hébergement, au CIRM ou à l’extérieur. ACEMS (Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Mathematical and Statistical Frontiers) soutiendra également les invitations, grâce à une subvention obtenue par Kerrie Mengersen.
